Various Scores 1996-1999

these graphics above are a sampling of some of the scores i've done, inspired by cage, david tudor, morton feldman and others. i've always been fascinated un-traditional scoring styles and systems and enjoy exploring such ideas, crude as they might be.

Score "For David Tudor1 & 2" 1999

This was my first usage of the computer to create a followup score to the previous one. The first graphic is the key, the second the graphic notation, and the final traditional notation.

This was my first attempt at a graphic score

Score "ROY G BIV" 1999

This fanciful score was an attempt to use colour as an inpiration, with questionable results. I also was trying to use jpeg compression to make the score sheets more grainy, but they did not obsucre the notation much.
